Booklift came out of an uncomfortable observation: most appointment-based businesses lose customers not because of their work, but because they cannot answer in time. We built the software that answers for them.

What Booklift is
Booklift is an AI-based customer service for businesses that work by appointment: clinics, beauty salons, hairdressers, physiotherapists, workshops and consultancies.
An agent handles the conversations coming in through WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and phone calls. It answers in each business’s tone, with its services and prices, checks real availability in its calendar, closes the appointment and writes it straight into Google Calendar. No double bookings, and nobody has to drop what they are doing to pick up the phone.
We work B2B: our customer is the business, and what we sell is time recovered and appointments that used to fall through.
Where the idea came from
A master’s degree and a question
The idea came up while its founder was studying a master’s degree in Digital Business Management. Looking at how small businesses digitise their operations, the same gap kept appearing: the front door —the message, the call— was still manual, and that is where the revenue leaked out.
An engineer from Madrid
Booklift is developed by a 25-year-old engineer from Madrid. The platform —the conversational engine, the channel integrations, the calendar sync and the billing— is built from scratch, not assembled on top of a generic third-party tool.
2025: the first time in public
Booklift was presented for the first time in 2025, to a small audience. It was deliberately not a mass launch: the aim was to listen closely to the first businesses and fix things with them in the room before opening the door to everyone.
