Who is behind Booklift, how to get in touch, and on what terms this website may be used.

Hereinafter, «Booklift» or «the owner».

2. Purpose

Booklift provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product for businesses and professionals: an artificial intelligence agent that handles the business’s inbound conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Messenger and by telephone, answers questions about services and prices, books appointments and writes them into the business’s calendar.

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website. Use of the contracted platform is additionally governed by the Terms and Conditions of Purchase and by the Data Processing Agreement.

3. Conditions of use of the site

Access to the site is free of charge and does not require registration, except in the areas reserved for customers. Anyone accessing it undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, with good faith and with this notice, and in particular not to:

• use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the rights and interests of third parties;
• introduce or distribute programs or data capable of damaging the systems of the owner or of third parties;
• attempt to access restricted areas or the data of other users;
• perform actions liable to overload, damage or prevent the normal operation of the site;
• systematically and automatically extract the contents of the site without express authorisation.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the site — text, images, trade marks, logos, design, source code and other elements — belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

No exploitation right is granted merely by accessing the site. Reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of the contents without the owner’s written authorisation are prohibited, save for uses permitted by law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless applicable legislation imposes a different venue, in particular where the user is a consumer.
